Celebrate St. Patty's Day at The North Fork! This Sunday we'll be serving up delicious corned beef & cabbage, and the McLaughlin Irish Dancers will be visiting the brewery again at 8:00pm. As always, there will be lotsa cold beers on tap too! 🍻🍀

The governor has officially declared this Saturday "Washington Beer Day" - come on up to The North Fork and celebrate with a pint of our newest collaboration, Stranger in the Alps Hoppy Hefe, brewed with the fine folks from Matchless Brewing and Aslan Brewing Company. Cheers! 🍻

We think it's safe to say a great time was had by all who joined us on the Baker Brew Bus for our snowy beer adventure - first up to Mt. Baker Ski Area, then back down to Gruff Brewing, with a pit stop for pizza at North Fork along the way. The best part was celebrating the release of our collaboration brew "Tips Up! IPA" benefitting Northwest Avalanche Center at each stop. Special thanks to Skagit Valley Malting & Northwest Hop Farms whose donations helped make this batch extra tasty! 🚐🍻☃️

T’OATS ADORBS! Our newest collab beer. A toasted oatmeal pale ale brewed with Our friend Dave Morales, lover of all things pale ale(with the exception of the last pale ale we brewed together because at the last second I changed the format to pumping boiling wort into wine barrels.... then pumping it back to the kettle and boiling longer, then pumping it back into the barrels and fermenting exclusively with brettanomyces.... Dave “I thought we were going to make a pale ale” Eric “HA! We sort of are....)and we finally brewed one to his liking T’oats Adorbs is not only just that, it tastes great also. 🍻

Brewing a collab with Beardslee Brewing today, it’s only been about 18 years I’ve wanted to brew with my badass buddy Drew Cluley!
